On those 1 hour sessions you will feel special and pampered and you will have the all gym to yourself but that comes at a price. Private services come at a premium fee. Semi private personal training

Those sessions are created for those that have the community feeling in mind. You will enjoy your sessions with 3 others (so groups of 4) and have the opportunity to socialise. You will learn how to lift safely and shape your body but at much cheaper price and still getting 1 hour workout. The fees are much lower than 1 to 1 sessions but there is less flexibility on the timing. Semi private sessions are at fixed days and times during the week and no changes can be made. Fitness Classes

Fitness classes are designed for those that don't have 1 full hour to train or are just starting The Fitness Journey. Classes go from 30 minutes to 45 minutes and you will be joined by 5 others (so groups of 6). Those are spread during the week and there are many available to chose from. HIIT, Tabata, Circuits and Core Strength are few you can find on our timetable. As per the semi private sessions, those are at a fixed time and have no flexibility. Once the classes are fully booked, no more people can be added. I forgot to mention those are also the cheapest option available for face to face training.

Online coaching

The most flexible personal training option, the online coaching. Ideal for people that want to train in their own garage, or just running, or just need some nutritional tweaks to their diets to achieve the final goal. A quick interview will set you up to the next level of fitness. Weekly check ins and ongoing support is part of the deal.  If you wish to have online personal training sessions added to the package, you only have to ask.
