You must follow a diet!

There are already in the market a number of premade workout and diet plans which require no follow up from the seller and the only will power from the individual. Unfortunately not everyone has the patience and the will power to push through and fight against own habits to achieve a great results. Millions of pound every year are invested on diet products and more are wasted on unused gym memberships and unused sport equipment. And while some will succeed in taking the weight off, very few--perhaps five percent--will manage to keep all of it off in the long run. 74% of the world population is considered overweight. 83% of people who already had a membership would exercise more regularly and effectively if with a professional of a program to follow.
 

To succeed in your weight loss journey you must be a “disciplined person”!

There is a pervasive idea that the successful person is the “disciplined person” who leads a “disciplined life”. That’s a LIE!!! We don’t need more discipline in life, we just need to direct and manage it a little bit better. It’s a short race fueled by discipline just long enough for the habit to kick in and take over. Choose the right habit and do it right. As the habit becomes part of your life you will look like a disciplined person. When you do the right thing, it can liberate you from having to monitor everything.

So how long do you have to maintain discipline?

Researchers at the University of London found the answer in 2009. The point of automaticity takes an average of 66 DAYS to acquire and become a habit. Our minds are programmed, by close ones, since childhood to act in a specific way which leads to the today’s results. The reverting process could take as long as it needs to reprogram the way you are and bring the desired changes. But remember success is sequential and not simultaneous. No one has the power to acquire more than ONE new habit at the time. Develop few significant habits, one at the time, over time and stick to them with discipline for long enough for them to become routine.
