By mid-2013, Umberto felt heavy, overweight, lethargic, flabby. In short, too much pasta and not enough exercise had turned him into a seriously fat boy. 

A serious interest in weight training began to grow after a motorbike accident in 2013. His muscles started firing again and six months after the accident he had recovered 90% to normal functions. 

After losing 32kg in 6 month, he had developed a positive attitude to exercise, nutrition and life in general and he decided to become a professional personal trainer.
